Dale is very responsive, respectful and reasonable. He knows his stuff! I highly recommend his services. I particularly love that he is mobile. With two kids it is hard to get out and stand in a store while trying to keep them from running everywhere. Since Dale comes to our home I can have them play in their room while he helps. Dale is great! He has always been able to get my computer up and running with little to no difficulty. And he's always able to make house calls which means I don't need to unplug wires that I have absolutely no idea what they do or where they're supposed to go
